Room Rental Information:

Rooms at the Irish American Heritage Center are available for both daily and hourly rental. The center is handicap accessible and ample parking is available. Additional services such as catering and group tours of the center are also available. Information on rates and terms is provided below.

Terms:

Deposits:
A 25% deposit is due in order to reserve a room. A room cannot be held without a deposit and a signed contract.

Hourly rentals:
Rooms may be rented for $____/hour for Masses and meetings.

Early day rentals:
Rooms may be rented on an hourly basis if they are used Monday thru Saturday, between 9:00 am to 4:00 p.m. The rates range from $25-$100 per hour depending on the room.

Liquor Agreement:
All liquor must be purchased through the Irish American Heritage Center. A variety of packages are available.

Political Fundraiser Rules: No stickers, no pressure-sensitive materials, any exterior signage to be removed at close of event, $200 separate deposit for damage.

Parking:
There is plenty of free parking in both of the North and South parking lots. The North parking lot is always open and handicap accessible. The South parking lot is open on weekends during Fifth Province hours and for special events in the Fifth Province.

Handicap Accessibility:
The building is handicap accessible, with wide ramps facing both main parking lots.

Catering:

The Irish American Heritage Center will arrange the catering of your event at no extra charge or you can make the arrangements on your own. A list of caterers who have done business with the Center in the past, including those that specialize in Irish fare, is available.

Tours:

The Irish American Heritage Center can arrange for tours of the Center during your event depending on the time and availability. Arrangements must be made well in advance.
